Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Redline Ready Struts offers a free two (2) year standard warranty against manufacturer defects (regardless of mileage incurred) unless otherwise noted. This warranty is void if we find that a product is used or installed against the manufacturer's suggested use or if the product has been modified, damaged in any way (whether from an automobile accident, or damage from typical use). This warranty plan covers the replacement of the original part(s) only (labor costs for removal/reinstall are not covered). All products must be returned in a secure package in order to avoid accidental damage during transit. Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s). Redline Ready Struts will only warranty items at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within our company and in some cases may require that the products are sent to the manufacturer for further inspection and testing. Redline Ready Struts does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until this process is complete. In some cases warranties will be denied and Redline Ready Struts will cover shipping to return the product(s) to the consumer.

If the products sent in for warranty are approved for a warranty claim by our internal team, we will then only replace the defective product(s) to the original purchaser from Redline Ready Struts based on verification of a valid U.S. Driver's License or State ID that visibly shows the customer's name and address. Once the CSD has verified that the part is faulty, the part is within its warranty period, and the warranty claim was submitted by the original purchaser, Redline Ready Struts will initiate a warranty claim and coordinate with the customer to ship the replacement parts to their intended address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any warranty item to the Redline Ready Struts facility. However, assuming a warranty claim is approved, Redline Ready Struts will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement parts to the consumer's intended address.

Redline Ready Struts is not responsible for any damages (directly or indirectly) that may have occurred by using the products that we sell or during/after the installation process whether by the original purchasing customer or a third-party install facility/dealership. Redline Ready Struts does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Redline Ready Struts including labor or product coverage.


Lifetime Warranty

Redline Ready Struts offers a premium Lifetime Warranty as a $100.00 additional charge that provides protection against manufacturer defects (regardless of mileage incurred) unless otherwise noted. This warranty is void if we find that a product is used or installed against the manufacturer's suggested use or if the product has been modified, damaged in any way (whether from an automobile accident, or damage from typical use). This warranty plan covers the replacement of the original part(s) only (labor costs for removal/reinstall are not covered).
